Quick, easy and painless. The only hiccup was the notary from the title company did not communicate well.
Had the pleasure of working with Tabitha and Andrew (Drew) and others during the re-finance process. I had an issue with the closing numbers and this was corrected immediately. Great follow-up and communication by Pennymac. Also, impressed with the 'traveling Notary' which made the closing convenient. Tabitha and Drew are consummate professionals and wouldn't hesitate to work with them and Pennymac again!

Julian answered my questions and walked me through some quest;ions I had. He made corrections to the loan documents as necessary. Others unknown had requested items that were already on file, so when I had tried to upload them again, I couldn't -- they were already there.
