Very smooth process
Deion answered my many questions with patience and clarity. He emailed to check in every week on Friday, which I appreciated. He was responsive and timely. I appreciated having him manage our refinance and would highly recommend him!
The process was straightforward and simple, the document request was reasonable and the closing was quicker than the time frame quoted to me at the beginning. Sarah Olsen was very diligent in following up and checked in regularly both by email and phone to see whether I had questions. This has been the best closing I have done. Thank you Sarah and the rest of the team.
I began this process in March. The first loan officer apparently was removed from the case and the new one assigned did not contact me. After a few weeks of no communication, I reached out to the toll free number. It was then I was put in contact with Deion. When I spoke To Deion I indicated I wanted My own title company. That request fell on deaf ears. After another few weeks I was Contacted by my new loan officer who was not aware of my issues. This was the worst experience ever.
Every part of our refinance went smoothly. The whole process was quick and painless. Our rep, Josheph, was very kind, knowledgable, and informative. We were able to close sooner than expected too.
The loan process went smoothly for the most part until the final documents we had to sign with a notary from an outside company Penny Mac goes through (Service Link?). We had to reschedule 4 times for the closing documents to get signed and I had to be on the phone for over 4 hours to try and figure this mess out. Numerous calls and emails did not help get any questions answered. I didn’t hear from my loan agent until after everything was resolved. Loan process was good until last step.
The reason we went with this company was because we were already with them. It made the process easier for us then with another company. The refinance rates that we were able to lock into appeared to be what was expected. Everything went fine with the exception of the getting the riight actual moragage payment. It was clearly pointed out and supported by documentation that I was 100% service connected disable. My property taxes would be exempt and my motgage payment would reflect payment.
The process was efficient and clear.
