It was a great and easy process. Only thing was I would get voicemails saying they didnt need documents then I would get an email saying documents were needed. Other than that things were great!
Everyone at PennyMac was very responsive and helpful. We had our application reviewed immediately and we closed much sooner than I even expected. I very much appreciate the timeliness and professionalism especially during this interesting time in our world. It was a pleasure doing business with PennyMac.

It took a little longer than expected. And the ball was dropped on with one of the notaries
Faster response times. Correct address for my property. Not calling to schedule appraisal three times when you already appraised it. Not getting appraisal report in a timely fashion. Three months to close seemed much. Overall poor experience
