If someone is in escrow they should be able to call their rep directly or chat with them on the fly. the system is to archaic and i wish not to go through his again.

I have had very good experiences with PennyMac...first, when my loan was bought by them the process was smooth and I was kept informed on what to expect. Most recently I refinanced the loan and overall it went smoothly with one exception that needed to be ironed out. While that was going on, the closing date was changed several times and I felt the communication got a little lost. Overall, I would recommend PennyMac (which I have) to family and friends.
My overall experience was great due to the communication, expectations and the overall professionalism, respectfulness made me feel proud to be working with her and PennyMac!!!
