Our ReFi experience with PennyMac was an easy and simple process. Any and all phone communications were handled promptly and agents are professional and pleasant to work with. From start to finish it was a quick and pleasant experience. Highly recommend PennyMac to anyone.

My loan process was quick, accurate, smooth, and timely. I have a great experience and all my questions were answered. I believe that PennyMac is a great company and I'm happy to have their service.
Kept me posted all along step by step
Loan officer was difficult to get a hold of throughout the process. Called office multiple times with no answer, and was hung up on. Closing documentation was incorrect, and received by the notary after the closing appointment was set, making for a late and very long closing meeting.
My only complaint is that our original loan is with PennyMac and our Re-Fi is also with PennyMac. The 2 departments don’t communicate because our lending officer said not to make our June payment, but I got a call from collections department asking me to make a payment. It makes me uneasy knowing that I might have to fight to get any negative information removed from my credit report if a late payment is reported even though I was told by at least 3 or 4 people not to make the payment.
From start to finish the whole process was easy.
