Process was easy, closed a few weeks early which made me very happy!
Sandi and the rest of the staff went over and beyond what was standard to help me through this process.
What made it great was that you guys basically answered my questions and made it very clear so on and so forth.
Communication between the departments could be better as I had two point of contacts. It also appears people are overworked. The same documents were requested multiple times when it was already provided.
It was very simplified.
The whole experience was very easy and well organized. I appreciated that the notary was able to come to our house on a Saturday to complete the closing. We are very satisfied.
