I was contacted about lowering my interest rate and what a refinance could do for me. At first, the process started out great. I provided every requested document in a timely manner yet the closing date had to be pushed back a to over a month after the streamline started. There were several mistakes made including the address not being correct, taxes not being correct on the closing disclosure and more. Communication between the departments could be better as I had two point of contacts. It also appears people are overworked. The same documents were requested multiple times when it was already provided.
