No one at pennymac communicates with each other. They messed simple things up at every turn. Cancelled my closing the night before (due to another mistake on their end) without even calling me. On the other hand, they would call me almost daily asking for information we had already discussed multiple times. Overall it took almost 5 months to finally close on the refinancing. The people were always nice, but overall dealing with pennymac as a company was an extremely frustrating and inefficient hassle of a process. Management... read more
Overall I had a great experience with the pennymac team although there were some hiccups. The first issue is that the ownership should have been my wife’s trust. The loan app I was sent did not show that and parik told me that the PMAC system showed ownership was shown as being in the trust and that it was up to Lennar title to follow up which they did do. My overall experience was very efficient. I didn’t experience any surprises and every question or concern I had had was answered and addressed promptly. Justin Nosser was very pleasant and I greatly appreciate his patience and knowledge during my loan process. He explained every detail so I knew what to expect come closing. Definitely recommend Justin and the PennyMac team.

Everyone I talked too at PennyMac was awesome. I spent the most time on the phone with Mr. Paider and he was very easy to work with, and a very good communicator. He made buying my first house not as daunting and scary as it sounds. Great people. Great service. Great experience. They will be getting my business again.
