No one at pennymac communicates with each other. They messed simple things up at every turn. Cancelled my closing the night before (due to another mistake on their end) without even calling me. On the other hand, they would call me almost daily asking for information we had already discussed multiple times. Overall it took almost 5 months to finally close on the refinancing. Everyone I talked too at PennyMac was awesome. I spent the most time on the phone with Mr. Paider and he was very easy to work with, and a very good communicator. He made buying my first house not as daunting and scary as it sounds. Great people. Great service. Great experience. They will be getting my business again.
