The whole experience was very easy and well organized. I appreciated that the notary was able to come to our house on a Saturday to complete the closing. We are very satisfied.

Overall I had a great experience with the pennymac team although there were some hiccups. The first issue is that the ownership should have been my wife’s trust. The loan app I was sent did not show that and parik told me that the PMAC system showed ownership was shown as being in the trust and that it was up to Lennar title to follow up which they did do.
