Such a painless process.
Start up went well. Called weekly with updates and the process went fair. We were told we need some money to close and we were fine. The following week we were told no money to close and notary was appointed and appointment was made. The day came (Friday Feb 28th)and passed and I did not hear from anyone. I called in the follow Monday and was told that we now need money to close and need to provide two months of bank statements for underwriting. Why didn't you call me?
Seamless process and good customer service
Both Daniel and Beth were great from the start and diligently worked to get my VA loan through within the allotted window. Both were available to answer questions and if they weren't would get back to me in a reasonable amount of time.
Process a little quicker. Forms sent in the mail as some I was not able to print. I have refinanced a number of times over the years. In person has alway gone much better. There were two forms about monies back to the borrower and they had two different numbers. I was not able to print all settlements forms or did I receive a copies at settlement.
When I decided to refinance, I contacted PennyMac and the process could not have been any easier. The representatives I spoke with helped me through the application and processing steps and my loan was closed in a very short period of time. I couldn't have had a better loan experience and it was all due to the knowledge and expertise of PennyMac's representatives. They were great!
