Communication, and not changing the closing costs without explanation. Original closing costs estimated was a huge difference from the closing costs at closing. And over all loan amount went up as well. Just didn't seem right, and the Communication was lacking. On all email traffic it said the person I was working with was Nygugen, I don't even know who Marc is. Very sketch, and I don't feel confident I received the best service or prices. Very good every time
Over all experience was good. There were a few times i didn't get answers on my time line but i assume i am not the only one refinancing a loan. Brittney did a great job.
