If it had not been for Sandi McMillin, we would have gone elsewhere. The process prior to her taking over was horrible. She really came to the rescue. Our original application date was December 12, 2021. We just closed on March 24, 2022. There is no way a refinancing (with the same company) should have taken this long. It was a comedy of mistakes that went on and on until Sandi got the case. she is fantastic at what she does. she is very personable and has a "lets get this done" attitude. Everyone that I talked with was very professional. The whole process went very smoothly and we close a day earlier than expected.
Loan officers were professional and knowledgeable, Only problem was wanting me to cash out on credit cards which were not charging interest. If I had done that, i would have been paying interest for the next 30 years
