Sandi and her staff we're outstanding. Every time I call, they were there to assist me. Would recommend them to anyone!
Communication repetitive request for same info or say we need to sign things that were signed I understand alot Penny Mac already has part of why I went with them. I could of jumped through all the hoops with some one else for a better rate but I thought would go easier cause you already had everything. Believe me it won't happen again
The whole refinance procedure went very smooth. Updates and/or request were all presented & requested in a timely manner, so no surprises were expected in the end.
Sandi was always pleasant and upbeat when we spoke. She went above and beyond to help me when I needed advice. Sandi made the whole experience very pleasant.
Communication, and not changing the closing costs without explanation. Original closing costs estimated was a huge difference from the closing costs at closing. And over all loan amount went up as well. Just didn't seem right, and the Communication was lacking. On all email traffic it said the person I was working with was Nygugen, I don't even know who Marc is. Very sketch, and I don't feel confident I received the best service or prices.
