I definitely would not buy a used car or use service through Peoria ford. I recently purchased a used raptor for just over $50k. Don't believe their 121 point inspection process they'll just push stuff through to get it sold. Went to get it warrantied through Ford so I had to get inspection done and leaking CV and rear axle seal. Barely had the truck a week and going to cost well over a grand in repairs. Received a telemarketing call from Shawn on 4/11 and when asked to be removed he had the audacity to ask why and try and argue about it! Called back. Asked to speak to a manager who then hung up when I asked to be removed! Called back again, spoke with John S, manager who was at least decent and promised to remove the number from their system. I would highly NOT recommend this business but if you had to go, maybe see John S. as everyone else seems to be horrible.
I feel bad that I have to give at least one star! These guys are great when you're buying a car, but all that stops the second you drive away. I bought a car 6 weeks ago and have returned to my home state and trying to license the vehicle only to find out that Peoria Ford hasn't sent the necessary paperwork OR the $1,800 in sales tax to the state treasurers office. WARNING: if you ever request information on a vehicle from Peoria Ford, they will call and harass you for months. They were very arrogant in the beginning and refused a fair offer for a vehicle, which is perfectly fine and their prerogative. There is a reason this dealership has an average of 2 stars. Probably the worst dealership I have experienced. Used car manager made certain promises that kept flipping and flipping. Look elsewhere.
Do not waste your time and check all numbers before you come in! When we initially came to check Bronko's they were asking for 6k over MSRP, which we were not willing to pay so we left. For 2 weeks they were calling us trying to make a deal and then finally today they called us saying that they have Bronco that they would sell to us for the MSRP. Dishonest and unprofessional. They took my $1000 deposit to hold a car for me and sold it the night before I was scheduled to pick it up. They are liars, unprofessional and dishonest. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. There are plenty of honorable dealers......why deal with scum? RUN AWAY!!!!
Never purchase a vehicle here, and never take it for servicing. The sales staff are kind and fun, but nearly every other person aside from my salesman Blake that I had to deal with to purchase my car was terrible. If you just purchase a vehicle from these guys, request Blake and only him. I was there for over 7 hours to finalize a deal when they reiterated I would be gone in a few minutes time.
