Misleading and incorrect price information! Do not waste your time and check all numbers before you come in! When we initially came to check Bronko’s they were asking for 6k over MSRP, which we were not willing to pay so we left. For 2 weeks they were calling us trying to make a deal and then finally today they called us saying that they have Bronco that they would sell to us for the MSRP. $7000 UPCHARGE ON ALL VEHICLES! DO NOT BUY HERE. After speaking with one of the sales managers on the phone and confirming (twice) that there would NOT be a market-adjustment added above MSRP, I drove the 60+ miles to test drive a new Bronco. The sales guy I worked (Agron) with was great; it's management and finance that has the problem. No REspect For Your Time If you looking to waste your time, suggest this is the spot.These people have no respect for the truth or your time. They made a deal for the perfect car over the phone, I drove a hour to get there to pay and pick it up. When I got there they told me that the car needed a new turbo and was not ready. Untrustworthy Financial Process Buying process was long and drawn out. Would only give 10% of the value on a trade. Online ads promised low interest rates that they couldn’t honor despite having perfect (850) credit. Finance process was over 2 hours of insistence to purchase extras, some of which were non refundable but not included. Wouldn’t supply the name of the lien-holder for over 3 weeks and then lied about it. Sounds like “spot delivery” as others have posted. Very unprofessional.
Deceiving and Greedy I have never written a review in my life, this will be my first. A month or so ago Peoria Ford offered me 76k on trade for my truck. I did not end up buying at that time. On 5-12-2022 I called on an f450 truck, I was told the price was 111k and they repeated 76k trade for mine… come on down they said, so I did, I could make those numbers work. Horrible experience Texted sales and got a price. Got there and price was agreed. Shortly after was told couldn't work but a lower trim would and it only had 2 less features. I wanted to think about it but they took my car keys. Gave me no paperwork instead gave me computer chip which didn't work. Days later got copies and realized there were charges I was not aware of. After spending hours with Matt and the Assistant Manager (who acted as if we were great friends, thanked my husband for his current service in the US Army, and congratulated me on my pregnancy), they failed to advise me of any body damage to the 2019 Ford Expedition I purchased. Unethical dealership Bought a $121,000 Super Snake truck brand new form them. It was supposed to ship in an enclosed carrier, but arrived on the back of a carrier pulled by a pick up truck with a bunch of damage. Including tonneau cover ripped off and gone! Dealer blamed the carrier, who THEY hired and would do nothing for me. I bought vehicle January 14th, it is April 7th, my truck is still in the shop being fixed. Bait and Switch at a premium price! I sent an email inquiry to this dealer concerning a Ford Transit cargo van they had advertised at MSRP. I received a call back the following day, stating that they had sold their last one, and any more coming in are priced at $20,000 over MSRP. So that's 50% over MSRP, they don't know when they will get any more, and they would need a deposit to hold my place in line. This is bait and switch advertising through and through.
