Quality of the car was fine but the process was far from exceptional. Staff not showing up to appointment, losing my deposit (it not going through), staff there one day then gone, leaving me hanging and the staff covering tried to help but were running around. So yeah, far from exceptional service. Good car though.
All's good with JJ getting tools for the donut tire in the trunk.

Still waiting for word that part ordered for passenger rear door has been received and ready to install. Did he even remember to order it?
Poor customer service. Adviser was rude and seen like he did not like his job.
Terrible place to do business. Not recommended at all. Complete waste of time
Three hours for an oil change even with a scheduled appointment.
Waited 2 hours with a reserved time for a simple oil/filter service. I noticed the power steering fluid level was low and asked if any PS fluid was added at time of service. Service writer indicated additional fluid should have been added by the tech. Got home and check to confirm...No PS fluid was added. This was a brand new vehicle!

I wasn't very happy with my interaction with the service team, specifically with my rep Arthur. Although I realize estimated wait times for the Zaktek application can be as much long as 2-3 hrs, after 1.5 hrs I noticed my car was sitting in the drive way.
