Fourth time having my Titan serviced there, 1st three were great this time I am thinking of finding a different dealership to go to. Vehicle was serviced in 2 hours but I was left waiting for 3 hours. I sat in the lobby area entire time except for 1 bathroom break, cell phone rings and sevice rep asks if I am home? Told rep I would wait for vehicle on arrival, when paying bill I asked if he forgot about me, he stated that I must have been asleep when he looked for me, shifting the blame on me

Horrible service. Tires weren't rotated, zaktek coating was not applied, trim piece wasn't replaced Had to bring my truck back twice to get the service work done. We were told it was complete. They lied and never did what the truck was in for.

Our salesman was awesome however I don't think the service department is on the up&up. Said the detailed the car-why was the drivers door filled with leaves. Tried driving off the lot but NONE of the windows were able to roll down. Had to leave the car there to get fixed. We had over an hour drive each way. Went to pick it up only to find some of the back lights didn't work. They replaced a fuse which then caused another fuse to blow which they replaced. The steering wheel had a bad shimmy. I waited long they did not get my oil filter in from Mercedes they should of called the day before very disorganized and don't care service depth very bad I will go to Mercedes from now on tks Cathy

They said they did the inspection,..but,..i found the exhaust pipe and muffler broken and holed and the engine wouldn t idle and some missing pieces from under the car!!!

I have been utilizing Peoria Nissan ("PN") Service since 2005/2006 (I have also been associated with the purchase of 3 new cars from PN). I will no longer go to PN for service and/or the purchase of a new vehicle. I shall not refer PN to any friend or acquaintance. The shop was disingenuous.

The was not serviced by Peoria Nissan on this date. The last service was on 4/27 and it was a disater. The shop damaged the car. They tried to fix the damage in house rather than send to a body shop and used the wrong color and type of paint, got paint on the drivers seat. They agreed to send it to the body shop and it was returned to us with a horrible paint job with fisheyes, dirt and what looked like hair. Over 200 dollars for a oil change tire rotation that used to be included with oil change I guess no more and a cabin filter and they were out of air filters

My expierence at Peoria Nissan was good up until they had to reach out to me to let me know about my car warranty and if it covered certain things that they said were wrong with the my car. I gave them a call to follow up and they told me they would call me back and they never did. So here I am still waiting to hear about it. I hope Robert or James is about to return the call, since I spoke to both of them.
