When you need a part, you have two choices for replacements. They are Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and aftermarket parts. OEM parts are available through certified dealerships, while aftermarket parts are commonly found at independent repair shops. While aftermarket parts may entice customers for their lower price, you're much better off getting OEM parts. Whether you need a replacement fender, mirror, or mechanical component, here are some reasons to visit us for OEM parts.

Service department is horrible now. All the main service people have left. Something has gone seriously wrong. Would not recommend any one over there. Had to get the consumer affairs involved.
I wouldn't recommend coming here to look into getting into a car. They waste your time and jump you through hoops just to be told they can't help. Shady people who just want your money and not to help. Would give 0/5 if I could.
Went in to look at a older model used car. While test driving we found 3 issues. Problem with the passenger window, tail gate would not open and a obvious issue with the engine. It wanted to stall while stopped in gear. After the test drive I told the salesman we were working with that we would be happy to come back out and test drive the car again once the issues had been addressed. My girlfriend was very interested in the car so he talked us into sitting down and discussing numbers. We spoke to him and someone else, I assu... read more
Bought a used 4 Runner from these people. Mo way did they do a 167 point inspection. we had to find out things the hard way. when it was bought to there attention, we were told they would order the parts and fix it. we were also told they would get us a second key. All bull crap. They will dump you like a blind dog. The way you get treated is a tragedy I would recommend this place to someone I don't like
I have bought several Nissan vehicles from Bell Nissan. I now live near the Peoria Nissan Dealership, I decided to trade my 2003 Frontier in for a new 2022 Nissan Frontier 4 door. They had one that had a pervious owner and only 3k miles. I decided on this. My salesman was Buddy. The closing manger was Stephan. Both of them did their job well. The problem was with another sales manager. He was also talking to me about the purchase. As we talked I asked this man, I was later told it is Kevin, about the key fob. They were givin... read more
Josh, the visit wasn't the problem. It was the follow up email from Rick that I found to be inappropriate. He was basically saying to please post only a good review so that he could get a raise. It went on to say if you have any complaints call him directly and dont post those in the online review. Something just feels very shady about that.
Lies! We were told a lot of lies to get us to purchase our truck. We went in a week ago to purchase a used Toyota. When taking it for a test drive we immediately noticed a cut cord coming out from under the front passenger seat and the radio volume didn't work. The sales rep told us that the cord was there so you could install an amp but gave no explanation as to why it was obviously cut and sticking out. He couldn't tell us why the volume on the radio wasn't working so when we returned to the dealership, he had another asso... read more
Totally dishonest don't trust a word they say . Even when you get a hand shake . There word means absolutely nothing.
DO NOT TAKE THE MANAGERS SPECIAL (SCAM) Have been taking my car here for service since 2018 I purchased the vehicle here as well. We'll turns out they are running a SCAM here. I believe they call it a MANAGER SPECIAL ; in essence you pay double for your oils change and get the next one free. Basically paying in advance for your next oil change. We'll turns out if you happen to take the manager scam. You will be told that you do not have a free oil change on your next visit. Stealing from unsuspecting customers.
