If i could give 10 stars i would. our baby cheeto was hit by a car and although his injuries were too severe and we had to put him down, they made sure he was comfortable and completely took care of him. they did everything free of charge. i truly believe everyone here is heaven sent, they were kind, respectful and compassionate. i highly recommend this vets office.

Business response:

Thank you for your touching remarks, Sara. Our hearts are with you during your tragic loss. Please reach out if you need anything.

This is a very caring facility. The vets are highly trained and experts in their field. Great 24 hour care does not come cheap, but we needed an expert for a pup that had a bad urinary tract problem. Sadly for us she was diagnosed with a cancer that was non-operable. They are helping us with the last phase as well. We are sad but grateful for their compassion and care.

Business response:

Paul, you are in our thoughts. Thank you for your kind words.

I had to bring my 18 year old Yorkie Dolce there after he passed away at home. I think the Pet Emergency took care of the cremation needs very respectfully. The place they used Paws and Cherish in Deerfield Beach was excellent. everything went smoothly and under this painful circumstance it was handled very well. I would recommend this facility for assisting in this purpose.

Without getting into the myriad of issues my 4.5 year old Fiona had, I must comment about the good and bad. I appreciate Dr. Lectner trying to determine what was going on with her liver, spleen and why a tumor. I knew the end was near but would spend every last cent and stop at nothing to save my baby girl. Looking back now I see no reason or real advantage to Fiona having to take so many pills every morning and night - they were no help. When the cause can't be determined is it right to overmedicate for whatever it "c... read more

Helped my 6mo old Shih Tzu after an unleashed Pitbull attacked him on a walk. Took him in quickly and ultimately did a great job checking for other injuries, placing sutures and prescribing proper medications. Thank you for saving my pups life and making the scariest day of my life end happy with my pup at home with me.

My parents' cat wasn't eating for a few days. They took her here and we can't say enough good things about Pet Emergency. Every person was so genuinely nice. Every question was answered completely and patiently. They took great care of our kitty.

Friendly staff member Hector worked with us and made the process smooth. He kept us updated and was very informative of the process. Veterinary Dr. Sean Thomas explained different options and recommendations , he educated us and gave professional advice to avoid complications. This was on December 25, @ 11:30PM. They were accurate on the wait time, it's an emergency clinic, do not expect to walk in and out in 10 minutes. I am very happy that I came to this office during an emergency. Thanks Mr. Hector and Dr. Thomas, ve... read more

Been here twice for the same issue with my little shih tzu he suffers from eye issues which I didn't know you can test your dog for dry eye syndrome so they did for him and now I know how to care for him going forward. they are always very kind and compared to most emergency vets open 24/7 they are affordable in my opinion.
