I was sent here at 3am with my 12yo dog that I thought was in heart failure, so I had no time to research their vets. They were spectacular. Dr. West was thorough, and explained everything clearly, even when I was so overwhelmed I needed it repeated. I highly recommend this hospital.

You know, I'm really torn here because I feel like they helped me out in my time of need, after a traumatic animal attack, but there were somethings that felt off. Ultimately I am grateful and the reason for the high "score" in my mind IS their accessibility 24/7. Unfortunately I did feel like I was sent home COMPLETELY unprepared with a very injured dog that went in with what looked like 2 bite wounds and came out of a major exploratory surgery all cut up. It's never a right time to say goodbye to a companion of 16 years, my own vet never returned the phone call about Randy, who broke his back leg jumping off a chair. It happens, and today was one of my worst ones. These folks were kind and treated me and my old pal with dignity. Dr Chris Lapsley, and the rest of the staff gave us dignity. I can't say enough about what a lifeline these people were when It came to the euthanasia of my beloved Pomeranian. The veterinarian & the vet techs were all wonderful & compassionate people with a very sweet manner & professionalism when my Baron's trachea collapsed & he struggled to breathe. During this awful time when we cant be safely face to face they were still able to make me feel the care they' were to deliver to my little boy in the kindest way. Your surgical skill and post-op teamwork with Dr. Francisco Torrado of Live Oak Animal Hospital in Vero Beach, allowed Elvis to recover smoothly. Saved my little Pomeranian from gall bladder failure. Immediate surgery to remove his gall bladder that saved his life. Excellent care and expertise in surgery was outstanding. Saved his life. No need to add comments to that!!

These people saved our girl Stevie. A week ago Saturday she was acting odd. We brought her to our vet who determined she had a spleen that needed emergency surgery. During this pandemic we were freaked out even more. We rushed her to palm beach gardens and these wonderful people Took Stevie right in. They did an ultrasound and determined the spleen needed to be removed due to rupture. She lost blood and needed a transfusion. And there was a mass. We had a pet emergency last Friday, and we took our dog to Pet Emergency and Referral Center at 3579 Northlake Blvd in Palm Beach Gardens. They took us right into a prep room so we could make our dog comfortable while we dealt with paperwork. While we were filling out paperwork, they started triage.
