I can't say enough great things about the Dr.'s & staff here! They not only saved my dogs life but the caring, compassion and excellent knowledge and quick responses was exceptional. Dr. Lechner is absolutely incredible. I am so blown away by Dr. Lechner and her teams' knowledge, professionalism, compassion, and most importantly, their ability to listen and communicate. Dr. Lechner provided a plan of action to help my miniature poodle, Nancy. After many visits to the vet with recurring digestive issues and coughing, I always left feeling uneasy with unanswered questions, no solution or diagnosis. We took our miniature poodle in with a very severe case of pancreatitis. The compassion and caring staff made us all feel safe. The care our girl received was second to none. She ended up needing a very serious surgery and I'm happy to say that she is fully recovered thanks to the amazing staff, Dr Lechner and Dr Fiore! FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!
great place, my dog was in horrible shape after eating something he wasn't supposed to and they save my dogs life! thank you for helping him.
I had found a kitten who looked like she had gotten hit by a car I brought her into this place they took her in at 10 PM he examined her body he did an x-ray to see that her body was OK even gave this kitten pain medication even though she was a stray kitten they did all they could do for an animal that wasn't owned by anyone and we need more places like this in the world
We brought our cat, Frances, into this clinic in the wee hours Thursday morning. We knew when we left the house that we would not be bringing her back home. The compassion and the kindness that everyone in this office showed us can not be overstated. Thank you for helping end Frances' pain with dignity.
This place is amazing. I have brought both my animals in and have had my friends do they same. They are always amazing, kind and do a great job. Last time I went in I saw Dr. West , who was incredible and diagnosed my dog , treated the problem and managed to save me money! Couldn't be happier!
Our pup suffered a major concussion that disabled his legs for a few days. We brought him in Sunday night at 7pm after the incident and they treated our pup like family. They were so compassionate and so accommodating I knew right away we were in good hands. Our pup spent three days with them and he's going to make a full recovery. Thank you for treating our boy like family.
My dog Jeffrey was attacked by a dog who escaped from his yard. I took him to the Emergency Vet on Northlake Blvd. The staff are saints. From the moment I arrived I was treated with so much kindness and compassion. Linda was at the reception and triage. I spoke with a lovely lady vet (I am so sorry I can't remember her name). The vet who later worked on my baby was Dr. Thomas and the young man who was working at 1:00am was also so kind. They all understood that this was my baby.
