By standard, every business tone is set at the top, propagated all the way down to the first faces who greet clients at the front desk. Somehow somewhere along the way, they utterly failed to train the front desk to be empathetic (fake it if you must) as opposed showing the absolute goal of the business is to generate $$$$. If you are the unfortunate pet parent who must bring your furry child to a specialist (internist) and/or have your child taken care of at this business, pay attention to where they put the "silent praye... read more

As the reviews say, they are greatly influenced by the money aspect of your pet. Do not go to this place.

The MOST unprofessional place I have run into....and I've been a Foster for 30 yrs., I walk in with my dog in my arms and about 5 women sit there and have a meeting and not ONE acknowledged me until I asked if it is totally rude of me to interrupt their meeting.... since I'm her at an EMERGENCY vet. Their response was...we are in midst of getting a new system!! it gets better- they take my info while 1 girl tells the other girl where to click and meanwhile, I repeat everything 2-3 times. Now utterly frustrated I tell them to... read more

This place is THE WORST! My dog broke his foot about three weeks ago . At the first visit, I was charge for an X-ray, splint/bandage, sedation, the emergency fee, and other charges that I completely understand. My second visit was two weeks later and my dog had actually chewed off the bandage. Again, paid for the ortho consult, more x-rays, sedation, and a new splint. Then, three days later he managed to take the bandage off again and came for a simple rewrap of the splint. I brought the splint with me this time because I ha... read more

This place is the worst, they basically kidnapped my dog. They took her in, several hours later told me she would need x rays and blood work which would be x amount of dollars, I say ok proceed, I wait another hour, call back, the same lady who told me the estimate said she was waiting on a tech for the estimate beside they say she needs bloodwork and X-rays, fifteen min later the techs need to look at the test results, that should take fifteen min she said, an hour later I call, again, all of this from the parking lot and s... read more

Pet owners beware! They left my cat in his carrier for over 2 1/2 hours with no water or litter box, brought him back to me after a three hour wait in the parking lot. My cat was screaming. He was covered in poop and pee. They took zero responsibility, apologized and said he was basically the only tech in the ER, everyone else called out. Said in happened in the 10 seconds it took to walk from the door to my car, which was impossible. I get there were more pressing emergencies. They should have put him in a kennel with water... read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We reported Dr. Sean Thomas to the Veterinary Board - we were not the first. Please report him and anyone else who mistreated your pet. These people can not continue to practice medicine. Something is seriously messed up at this facility -- blasting music, laughing and giggling like it's a wild party while caring for our sick and scared animals.

If i could give less than one star I would. I interviewed for my friend whose dog was in this Pet Emergency Center after being bitten by a Pitt Bull. She wasn't able to see her dog, even though she worked next door and the staff and Vet had told her that her dog was critical on oxygen, IV and a catheter. The Vet Dr Thomas met us at the front door when my friend asked that she be able to take her dog home to die at home in the presence of her family/surrounded by familiarity instead of a cold, institutional setting. Dr Thomas... read more
