Get directionsMy dog tragically died just days after visiting this clinic. While most of the vets here are wonderful, my experience with Jenifer Prine was devastating and unacceptable. She performed an X-ray on my dog's arm and claimed she "didn't find anything." Three days later, when we finally got in to see the specialist she referred us to,they immediately spotted a large mass on that same X-ray. That mass was a severe infection caused by a spider bite. By the time it was discovered, my dog's arm was already in necrosis and had ruptur... read more
BEFORE TAKING YOUR PET TO Pet Emergency and Referral Center PLEASE READ THIS! IT MAY SAVE YOUR PET'S LIFE! I brought my cat here for a simple ultrasound. Under the continuous "care" of Pet Emergency and Referral Center (PERC), she died 4 days later. Due to character limitations in this forum, this cannot be told in full and many details of the repulsive actions of PERC's owners, management, and staff have been omitted and abbreviations used. My cat Jelly Bean, a 12 year old indoor female had contracted a flu like virus calle... read more
Pet Emergency and Referral Center 3579 Northlake Blvd Palm Beach Gardens, FL, 33403 Another extremely unprofessional, RUDE front desk person who shows NO compassion where they all work hand-in-hand on your emotions, milking you and overcharging you for unnecessary extended stays that were not needed and all of a sudden can reduce the cost! After one night, they would not allow my wife in the back to see our dog and allow others. When she went to pick up our dog, it was another doctor who suggested I take her home with flu... read more
This is the worst place to bring your pet to. They are charging me $6,000 for taking care of my dog for 2 days only. When I decided to take my dog back home because I could not afford the treatment and I was going to take to another dog hospital they called animal services on me to my home. They use your personal information and they will call animal services on you if you LEAVE AND NOT TREAT YOUR PET WIHT THEMÂ
Business response:
Carlos, as discussed with you over the phone, your dog was critically ill and at risk of dying, as many of her newly born puppies already had. We offered you the gold standard of care to give her the best chance at survival. You declined all treatment for her and took her home Against Medical Advice. We did not call animal control services, and I'm sorry that you feel like it was our hospital. However, as an animal lover, we would assume that you would support animal control investigating any potential animal abuse or neglec... read more
If i could give -0 i would, lets start off with the fact that the receptionists at this place are the most unprofessional AND DISGUSTING women i have ever met, absolutely uncaring , dragging my pregnant dog in and out of the building while giving me dirty eye.. do not trust this business BEWARE they only want your MONEY! , after i called this office for an estimate for a procedure(and being told something which was not true.) and me bringing my dog here when i go inside they tell me the prices will range from 5k-8k absolute... read more

Anabell, we apologize for any negative experience you had at our hospital and take your recent reviews very seriously. We will be reaching out to you to discuss your visit.Â
Total CROOKS!!!!! don't waste your time. First of all the heavy lady at check in is such a miserable C*UNT!!! You are better off going to a general emergency room hospital. You will get better service at a fraction of the cost. They try to up sell and charge for unnecessary procedures. They have electronic locks on all the doors and keep your pet hostage until you pay the bill. We brought our dog in for a bite that needed one suture maybe two, they wanted almost $700.00. A good friend of ours brought his dog in because she ... read more

Blair, we have attempted to reach out to you. Please give us a call back at your convenience.Â
Our beloved bullmastiff passed away in your care last week. In waiting for fine needle aspirate lab results from our vet, he recommended we bring him to your facility for further evaluation & same day testing results. Our vet called to inform you of our imminent arrival, mentioning that we might need assistance with our 135lb. dog. We were the only ones present in office just past 9am. The older female receptionist took my information. I was visibly distraught, she offered no support, showed no concern, & provided no encour... read more

You have our deepest sympathies for the loss of your pet. We are also disappointed to hear that you had a negative experience with us. The hospital manager has attempted to reach out to you to discuss your visit in detail. We always strive to improve our processes so we can continue to offer the best care possible to our patients.Â
Your response to my initial review is a complete and total LIE!!!! your vet specifically said she would not fill the prescription because she felt we were disrespectful to the staff... you manager said the doctor remembered specifically when I spoke with her. Now you are saying the visit was 3 months prior and she specifically remembered that? Sounds like back peddling... also you never addressed your "tech" being stoned out of his mind and smelling like marijuana? Why is that? Because to address it would be to confirm it? C... read more

Joey, although we always welcome feedback because it helps us grow and become better, your comments are unfounded and slanderous. I have spent time speaking with the staff involved, reviewing your chart and looking over the multiple estimates that we provided you. These estimates were not simply, "cut costs" as you proposed, but amended treatment plans to help fit your budget. We always present the highest level of care first, the estimate for the care that we recommend, however, when cost becomes a concern, we do everything... read more
ZERO STARS this is not a veterinarian this place is all about money I came in there with a nine week old puppy with PARVO because I was referred to them by Northlake animal Hospital I walked in there they seem nice at first and then the lady walked in and told me IT WOULD be $10,000 to save my puppy I IMmediately told them they should be ashamed of themselves that they could charge that to give a dog fluids and bring it back to normal then they have the audacity to call me an hour and a half later and tell me that I left wit... read more
