Great place for all dogs! They manage give each of my dogs special attention! Playtime, grooming or just quiet time and petting. They even take time to calm my nervous dog when she comes in. I really feel good about Pet Paradise!

I have been a faithful user of another dog boarding service in Houston until I met the Pet Paradise marketing manager at an event a few weeks ago. She gave me a free night stay at one of the locations and decided to try it out. I LOVED IT from the moment I walked in! It's clean and pretty and the dogs look like they are having a great time. I have a lab so he loved swimming in the pool. I will now only take Beau only here from now on!!

So far we and our fur-babies are very happy. We dropped in to check it out and ask questions about the facility, details and pricing. We were offered a free session of day camp to try it out. No gimmick - all 3 dogs for free. We have booked to board them overnight now. I'm happy they get to stay together so my little one won't get lonely. As much as I don't want to board them, they really enjoyed their short day there.

We tried Pet Paradise for a trial this past weekend for half a day play. The staff were friendly and helpful. We wanted to try a different place to keep our dogs where our dogs could play outside. Pet Paradise offers outside play, which our dogs love. We plan on bringing our dogs back.

Having recently moved to the Houston area, we had no idea where we could leave our little lady Matilda Poodle. Our friend recommended Pet Paradise so we went to visit one Saturday. We were really impressed by the massive window where we could see into the courtyard and see all the dogs playing by the pool. And by the video cameras we could watch through an app. Matilda stayed there for the day and was given a temperament test, which to our surprise she passed. We have used Pet Paradise's Houston Hobby location while we traveled internationally for ten days. We appreciated that they text messaged us with questions and emailed us photos during our vacation. They provided bedding as requested. Our pup received lots of treats (that we provided). We received a detailed report card at the end of his stay. Our pup enjoyed his time at Paradise!

Very nice establishment. The staff is great. They great you and explain to you have the facility works. They also help you save money by explaining how you can apply discounts. My only thing is that I don't like how the dogs only get 2 twenty minute play times a day unless you pay for more. My dog is a playful dog. Being confined to an area for the majority of the day is not for her. But if ur dog is a chill dog this place may be perfect for you.

We love this place. Blake is great. He always remembers our dog. We took her once to another place when PP was full, and she ran out of the other place. It was horrible. Service here is great and everyone is so friendly. Love the pictures we get of her and the Pawgress reports. They truly know what it is like to be pet parents! We will be back!

We have used another boarding facility in the past and one of our dogs got sick. We visited another facility before coming to Pet Paradise. First thing you notice when you walk in - doesn't smell like animals! Smells clean! Next thing you notice is how nice everyone is! They seem to genuinely enjoy the pets and they are so friendly. They were very professional. They offer lots of services at a reasonable price. Can't say enough about how well they took care of our dog. We will be going back again and again.
