I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking to board their fur baby. I recently boarded my 6 year old pit bull for three nights and I could not have been more pleased with the care he was given. Because of his breed, I was initially worried that he would be locked up the whole weekend and not allowed any human or other canine contact. However, that was not the case. We were looking for a place to board our dogs and Pet Paradise gave us a free "Day Camp" so we could tour their facilities and leave our 2 dogs there all day to play. When I went to pick them up, they were outside and running around with the other dogs. They were having such a great time I felt a little guilty picking them up. I just moved to the Houston area from Florida and was relieved to find out about the Pet Paradise Hobby location. The location is very convenient and the staff are very friendly & accommodating. Additionally, the staff keep the facility clean which is awesome!! My dog seemed to like the place since he was happy but somewhat reluctant to leave when I picked him up. Overall, great experience and have already booked reservations for the future!!!

I love this location! It is so convenient to Hobby airport and the staff is always incredibly friendly. No one likes to leave their pet, but I know mine is in great hands when I go out of town. I have used this location multiple times and will keep coming back. Max is always so happy to be able to swim and get an ice cream treat :) highly recommended!

This is the best place to leave your pet! Our dog Beau loves the pool! He's always happy and worn out when he comes home. You can have pictures emailed to you (which always look professional). We drive the extra 20 minutes to get here even if we aren't flying out.

Great place for all dogs! They manage give each of my dogs special attention! Playtime, grooming or just quiet time and petting. They even take time to calm my nervous dog when she comes in. I really feel good about Pet Paradise!

I have been a faithful user of another dog boarding service in Houston until I met the Pet Paradise marketing manager at an event a few weeks ago. She gave me a free night stay at one of the locations and decided to try it out. I LOVED IT from the moment I walked in! It's clean and pretty and the dogs look like they are having a great time. I have a lab so he loved swimming in the pool. I will now only take Beau only here from now on!!

So far we and our fur-babies are very happy. We dropped in to check it out and ask questions about the facility, details and pricing. We were offered a free session of day camp to try it out. No gimmick - all 3 dogs for free. We have booked to board them overnight now. I'm happy they get to stay together so my little one won't get lonely. As much as I don't want to board them, they really enjoyed their short day there.

We tried Pet Paradise for a trial this past weekend for half a day play. The staff were friendly and helpful. We wanted to try a different place to keep our dogs where our dogs could play outside. Pet Paradise offers outside play, which our dogs love. We plan on bringing our dogs back.
