We have two dogs - a 2 1/2 year old Pomeranian and a 7 month old mixed breed rescue. We have had the dogs since December 2017 and November 2017 respectively. This was the first time we have boarded them (4 days) and our experience was very positive. Both dogs seemed to enjoy their time, including their socialization time with other dogs. We had a fantastic experience here. The staff is incredible. It was so convenient for us to drop her on our way out of town. We had a late pickup and it was no problem for Pet Paradise. Our Suga happily jumps out of our car to go back each time. We will be back.

I have often thought of day boarding my two dogs while we spend time in Jacksonville, but my friend's recommendation made me take action. My two medium-sized rescues are bonded with each other and dog-aggressive to many other dogs. Pet Paradise handled them gently and lovingly. They were tired from exercising while we were gone and slept well that night. What a great place to board your dog!! Our dog got to meet some new friends today when we took him to check out the facility and he loved it!! We clearly did as well. The staff is great and very well trained. The facility is very clean and maintained. The people felt trust worthy and responsible and we have a lot of confidence leaving our pup with them when we need to travel.

Took our 10 month old Australian Shepherd for the day while we went to the Jacksonville Zoo. They have a partnership with the zoo where the give 20% off the daycare visit. Everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful and when we picked her up after about 5 hours she had obviously had a lot of fun and been very active. We have been bringing our pup here for roughly 10 months for daycare services and we boarded him once. The staff here are excellent with our crazy Shiba and I love the pictures they give us of his day spent there. Everyone here has been super friendly and helpful! Our boy seems to enjoy his playtime here

Great place to leave you pet of you're going out of town. I leave my Boykin spaniel bullet here frequently when I travel for my job. The staff are extremely attentive and helpful, they offer s range of services bathing ear cleaning and nail clipping for 30 dollars is a great deal. My pup always leaves happy and healthy from pet paradise and I can tell he has a lot of fun running and playing on their greens and the pool, it's also nice he gets to socialize with other dogs in a fun safe environment.
