My wife and I have been bringing our dog, Hazel, to Pet Paradise for over a decade as she is now almost 15 years old. We have always been very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the care they provide. In November of 2020 we had her there for the first time this year due to crazy year we've been having. The staff is fantastic & always get me in even if it's last minute! They know my big Little boy by name and sorry to see him leavehe howls at his friends thru the window as we are taking him homepoor little guy

Pet Paradise is my go-to place whenever I need to board my dog. The staff is professional and friendly. I am relaxed when I put my dog in their care because I know that he will be well taken care of.

We love Pet Paradise, Ormond Beach. We have been using them for close to 5 years now and have never had a bad experience. Or shall we say, our dogs have never had a bad experience. They know us, they love our babies. The care they get is top shelf. While our pooches miss us and wish they could be with us, we know they are being cared for in a safe, clean, professional and caring environment. Pet Paradise is always our first call after deciding we are coming to Florida.

Jessi just came home from a long weekend at the "spa" and she just can't stop talking about how much fun she had - can't wait to go back this Friday! We love pet paradise! Jesse loves going to pet Paradise for her groom- it's a day at the spa for her. Miss Donna's wonderful!

The ladies at PP Ormond saved my bacon AGAIN. My escape artist Akita unexpectedly bolted out from under the tailgate. GONE like a flash!!! Somehow, and I don't know how, the girls saw it happen. Again, the building emptied out with Ladies with leashes in hot pursuit. These ladies are the most responsible and pet-caring I have ever met! Thank you Liz et al. I will not let that happen again. Your dedication saved my pup's life and me from severe heart ache. Bless all of you.

My dog rosco loved it there they where all very nice and the place is kept very neat They have a pool the shape of a bone so they can swim my dogs got boarder there a few times and loved it. It can be spendy I ended up moving aways away so it's to far now but it is a great place

Super nice and my boy came back with excellent behavior reviews. Made lots of new furry friends and sleepy from all the play. Sam I Am will be back.
