Cleanest boarding facility I've ever seen! Staff were super engaged and caring. The dogs we saw playing outside looked energetic and well behaved. Chloe didn't stay long enough to join them because they have a process to acclimate each new comer. When I picked up Chloe, she was clearly well taken care of.

Only place I would leave my fur babies. Have been coming here for yrs for when we go out of town. I know that while I'm away the staff will look after them as if they were their own. Clean facility, friendly staff.

Maddie loves to go and spend the night. She has done the day care as well. I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in dog care.

I took my 3 furry babes for the complimentary Play Day at the Sanford location. Two of my dogs are senior citizens and I was sure how they were going to react to being away from home. I dropped them off with high hopes and Pet Paradise didn't disappoint. When I arrived to pick up my lovely buddies, I was able to observe them in the play yard. My dog Shadow goes to the Sanford Location for day camp once a week and also for boarding . He loves to go and play and swim and run with his dog buddies and comes home exhausted . You can watch the dogs on their cameras and they Don't mind if you call to check in on your dog . I love the employees too! They are always welcoming and friendly to humans as well as pets. Shadow and his humans give them 5 stars and a paws-up!

This place is the greatest. The staff is friendly professional and pet loving. You and your pet greeted by name after only one visit on our second trip. The ability to check in on there play time on there webcams was great. You get a free trial day camp day so you and your pet can see the experience your dog will have. Yes I said a free trial day! Great place to take your dogs especially for the price. The amount of care given to the dogs is unmatched. I've gone to a handful of other resorts and dog daycares and this is my favorite! Always able to schedule an appointment last minute too which is nice since I'm a healthcare worker.

The staff at Pet Paradise are excellent and the dogs seem to really enjoy themselves. We've struggled to find pet sitters that we could trust and I am so relieved that Pet Paradise is an option for our pup now.

My high-energy Boxer pup loves day camp! She gets excited every time we pull into the parking lot and each staff member that we have had greet us has been super friendly. We've used the boarding option on a long weekend and would definitely choose them to board with again. During one of our most recent visits, I received a call during my work day, because my girl had an upset tummy.
