My dogs love this place they don't ever wanna leave! All of the staff are so kind and you can tell they give a lot of love to your fur babies. My dogs have been boarded here multiple times, the most recent being for 2 weeks. I have full trust that they will always be taken care of.
They treated my dog like it was their own. My pup loved her bath and pedi. She had a great time poolside and playing in tiny town!
The care for my elderly cat was so apparent. The staff obviously loves animals and took great care of Rosalie! Highly recommend!
My dog went there for a day since we had a free pass and she was nervous but it was cool had a camera and can watch everything she does by playing outside ...the staffs there were nice. Really love my dog I wanna bring her back when I need them again for a few hours
I took my 4.5 months old Jack Russell puppy to Pet Paradise for her very first Doggy Day Care today, and I will definitely go back. We used to board our dogs at that facility on a regular basis but that was well over 5 years ago and I wasn't sure what to expect. I got an appointment on short notice. They took us in like old friends. They gave the 5 month old puppy her first Petco bath.. They loved her she loved them. I thought her nails were still a little long, they took her back in a sanded them down a bit. Way better than the truck to the house, and hurry, hurry, hurry! Better price too.

We brought our 10 y/o german shepherd to PP a couple of times during our month long stay in St. Augustine. He's not used to being away from us but sometime it is necessary. We knew he was in good hands because of the live video where we could see him playing with other dogs and following the people by the pool and with the hose. The staff was wonderful and we will absolutely bring 'RIDER' here again next year. We highly recommend Pet Paradise!

We had both our little dogs groomed today with Jamie and she did a wonderful job- We have an 11yr old and a 1yr old so there was a lot to deal with ...Took a lot of patience and time...Thank you, Jamie! The organization and professionalism at this business are amazing and refreshing! Our girls came home happy and looking beautiful- We were grateful! Visiting St Augustine from boston and the pups (13 yo miniature poodles) were desperate for grooming. Everything exceeded my expectations. Easy reservations and input my dogs vac report. Friendly greetings on arrival. Pups came back looking awesome. The facility looked great and got me thinking of boarding the dogs for a day. The dogs in the play yard looked like they were all having fun. I'll return to have them groomed again before we head north in March
