Awesome friendly staff. Attentive and patient. Always well worth the money. Clean and safe environment. The only place I feel safe leaving my dog over night or just taking to let her get some energy out. They really care!

We brought our dogs here for day care as we were traveling through and WOW what a great spot. They even sent us pictures of our dogs! Will search for this franchise every time we travel!

Pet Paradise St. Augustine is our choice for boarding our family dog, Skyler. We have used their services several times from overnight stay to whole week boarding. Skyler loves visiting and especially enjoys the kindness and LOVE he receives from the staff. The kennels are clean and bedding is off the cement. There is a huge play yard complete with a pool and exercise ramps. Staff is very attentive and friendly to both humans and canines. They also have feline boarding and specialty suites. This place is amazing! I used them for a day while I was traveling in the area and had to attend an event. Called them and it was super easy to set up my pup Kodak. Service prompt and staff was super friendly. I can't recall the gentleman's name that assisted me and the sweet girl on the phone but what I can say is they were friendly and attentive and Kodak left very happy :) thank you Pet Paradise

Took my standard poodle there for grooming for the first time. The groomer was Jamie. She did exactly what I wanted. She actually listened. What I mostly appreciated was the focus she had on things that other groomers overlook or are substandard. This includes getting the hair out of my dog's ears, shaving around areas tend to get the dirtiest, brushed his teeth. It's not always just the surface appearance that is important, but doing things that keep our pets healthy!

We always use Pet Paradise to keep our feline fur baby safe and comfy while we are away! Every staff member is so nice and so wonderful. Khan Khan doesn't like the car ride very much but once he is there and starts getting all that love - it's all worth it to him! A big big shout out of THANKS to the staff at the St. Augustine, Florida Pet Paradise!!!
They have such a love for the animals! I don't worry when I take my dog to Pet Paradise because I know she is great hands. When I pick her up she is hesitant to leave. A sign that she is well taken care of.
