Alicia was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio (Go Buckeyes!) and moved to Charlotte NC after college. She had many different retail jobs but the opportunity to open her own pet store in Huntersville was something she couldn’t turn down. Floppy Paws was open for about a year until Covid where Alicia then found her way to PetPeople. She started off as an assistant manager
