I love my trips to Hollywood feed. They know me and my pets. I am always greeted by someone with a smile on their face who seems happy to help answer any and all questions. Whenever I check out at the counter, I am always offered assistance out to my car. I only shop at my local Hollywood Feed and that is because of the staff as well as the selection.
Super friendly staff! Love shopping here with our Bernese Mt. Dog.
The people who were working Sunday at noonish were fantastic! All really helpful and kind :)
Customer service is almost too good. While I like having someone that is SO excited to help me, sometimes I don't want to be followed when I already know where I'm headed. I'm probably alone in the sentiment, but I wouldn't mind if they even took it down a notch.
