Needing urgent care is never a great feeling, so it's hard for me to look at the "Woohoo! As good as it gets!" description of the five stars I'm giving this, as Yelp describes it. But there it is. Went back here in February, because I had a parasite I had picked up while traveling internationally. I noticed on their website that they do immunizations for travelers, so I called to ask if it was also something they had experience treating. They said yes, so I went in. The good: I went to see them twice over a holiday weekend and both times, the wait was 30 minutes or less. The doctors and receptionist were efficient, professional and the billing worked out correctly. I'd already tried two of the in-store clinics at CVS and Walgreens and the waits were so long, they wouldn't even put new people on the list, so I was pretty grateful when PIC was so easy. Went in and was denied because I did not have an appointment, despite the window explicitly saying "no appointment needed" and then when I asked when the next appointment was, the nurse told me even if I did they would not see me because I did not schedule the appointment before hand. Makes no sense at an URGENT care. Worthless

These people are criminals. I was in so much pain when I came here and I trusted the doctor to help me. The medicine they prescribed didn't even work and I ended up having to go to a didn't doctor anyway. Months later I get a bill in the mail for a total of $1338.16. I had a UTI, nothing crazy. But they managed to run every test they possibly could to charge me as much as they could. They ran some test that cost $684.32. What could that have possibly been?? I'm absolutely furious. Do not go to this place.

Visited the Clybourn site on 3-8-25. Received a bill the other day ( 3 months later) for full amount despite me having insurance. They never put a claim through to my insurance! So interesting that they waited 3 months to send a bill that is due in 4 days! Will be calling first thing tomorrow. However, based on what I'm reading, it seems this could take a while to resolve.

DO NOT GO HERE. On site service is poor, they charge you for expensive, unnecessary tests, and billing/follow up is totally opaque and a run-around. After a visit for a relatively straightforward situation, I was billed $1700 for a variety of tests; one of the eight tests was almost $700 and was unnecessary. We had an appointment for 2:30 pm and did get seen by a doctor until 4:30 pm. Isn't this place supposed to be IMMEDIATE CARE? They only had 1 doctor working and the waiting room was full. Worst service I've ever experienced in my entire life! If I could give this place 0 stars I would!
