On Saturday July 6th my Stepdad visited Physicians Immediate care for Ear pain. He was treated by 2 people. One who which dug in his ear for at least 45 minutes. He was prescribed antibiotic ear drops and went on his way. As my mother put these drops in his ear he was in excruciating pain. Overnight things got much worse, he couldn't sleep and by the am his ear blew up with swelling and the side of his face with severe excruciating pain. Upon returning to Physicians Immediate Care on Sunday July 7th, my Stepfather pointed ou... read more
They have no idea what they are talking about and rely heavily on google for a diagnosis. If I wanted a google diagnosis I could have done that myself. I'd rather hear "I'm not really sure" than hear "according to google". Garbage
I cant even begin to believe the horrendous service I had today. I got here at about 9am because I had some terrible cold/flu symptoms. First off, the receptionist with a piercing in the middle of her cheek lacked any customer service skills. She didnt even say "hi" or 'hello" or "how can I help you?" Just "what do you need." After all the paperwork and whatnot, I didnt get back to a room until about 9:30am. Fine, it's a weekend, they're busy, and there were 3 people in front of me when I arrived, I get it. I get to the room... read more
Went in for a badly sprained ankle and the wait time was reasonable my complaint is the doctor. First of all the head woman dr had her young man dr that was training see me, he was very attentive and nice. After he seen me she came in for literally 2 minutes, didn't do anything. I was given an xray and told I'd be called the next day after it was read, was never called, I had to call. While I was talking to the main woman doctor I expressed I work on my feet all day and told her I needed longer than the 5days off she's g... read more
I went there with my son to check with same allergy, everything was ok. And on another few days day keep calling me and asking about my boy. I was scare because it wasn't anything serious. After 2 months I recieved bill $560 . Doctor send info to lab which is not in our network insurance. He advise me to go next day or so to see our primary doctor. Then way he send info to lab without explaining me that's will cost me a lot of money, I think he's unprofessional guy and he's try to help he's friends from lab to make money. I ... read more
This place takes appointments. They do occupational health (drug tests, physicals), immunizations..... it defies the whole concept of IMMEDIATE! I am bleeding in the waiting room waiting for stitches while they are taking someone back for an occupational drug screen. Ridiculous!!
What a difference a review makes.... I went to this location yesterday for a very painful scratched cornea and AFTER THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD, was told it was going to be a 3-3.5 hour wait. The reason is they had patients already scheduled and only one provider working. My suggestion would be if you are going to accept walk-ins and only have one doctor, do not schedule appointments during that time! I asked and there was no exceptions for an injury. Needless to say I couldn't wait that long to be seen and after being told... read more
Worst Experience. I went for having a small red bump on my right hand and I had clearly mentioned doctor that I have Crohn's disease so please do not prescribe me any medication that interacts with it. Still they gave me very very very strong antibiotics that made my crohns disease worst with bloody diahrea Latter on it got cured just by over the counter ointment. Very poor service and I will never never recommend this place. Still wondering why I was not given ointment given my condition.
Deserve no stars. Sandra at the front desk is rude. I waited over 2 hours. Saw them take walk-ins who came after me and the Front desk girl lied to my face. Don't need to go into everything but people find another immediate care center. Still waiting to be called in. I hope the people in the back treat me and my daughter better.
