UPDATE: As an update I reached out to the email provided in the response and NO ONE has gotten back to me. The company does not care. Stay away friends!!!!

I don't live in Chicago and when I got sick (103 degree temp) I went to the urgent care closest to my hotel. They told me a two-hour wait and after 1.5 hours, the wait was now over 3 hours. No triage, no medical system at all. If you make an appointment and are perfectly healthy, you will get in before the people who really need to see a doctor. Lousy, lousy service bordering on negligence. If you are not an urgent care, don't list yourself as one.

I would give it no stars if I could. I took first my daughter and then myself in to see the Dr/PA. They diagnosed me wrong and according to my daughters Pediatrician she was more than likely wrongly diagnosed as well. Will not ever go back to this location again!!

AWFUL PLACE -- staff is beyond rude!! Waited for extended period of time - no one bothered to ask if I was ok -- The front desk staff are awful - no people skills! After waiting nearly 2 hours I walk out to parking lot where a tow truck was about to tow my car!!!! Apparently one of the reception people saw the car parked "TOO LONG" and decided to call towing company -- SERIOUSLY?!?!? 2 hours to get ear drops and a prescription - just a joke!! Don't go here - it's bad!!!!

Garbage facility. Next time I rather go to Emergency Room than this money grabbing office. Front desk was very nice, but assistants are all rude/in a rush and then you are not even seen by a real doctor but instead by a "PA - Physicians Assistant" in a doctors robe. I was misdiagnosed with a bad cold when I instead had bronchitis...I even went back as I wasn't feeling well & still they were in a rush. Never again! Don't waste ur time here. Instead go to Walgreens or ER.

On Saturday July 6th my Stepdad visited Physicians Immediate care for Ear pain. He was treated by 2 people. One who which dug in his ear for at least 45 minutes. He was prescribed antibiotic ear drops and went on his way. As my mother put these drops in his ear he was in excruciating pain. Overnight things got much worse, he couldn't sleep and by the am his ear blew up with swelling and the side of his face with severe excruciating pain. They have no idea what they are talking about and rely heavily on google for a diagnosis. If I wanted a google diagnosis I could have done that myself. I'd rather hear "I'm not really sure" than hear "according to google". Garbage

I cant even begin to believe the horrendous service I had today. I got here at about 9am because I had some terrible cold/flu symptoms. First off, the receptionist with a piercing in the middle of her cheek lacked any customer service skills. She didnt even say "hi" or 'hello" or "how can I help you?" Just "what do you need." After all the paperwork and whatnot, I didnt get back to a room until about 9:30am. Fine, it's a weekend, they're busy, and there were 3 people in front of me when I arrived, I get it. Went in for a badly sprained ankle and the wait time was reasonable my complaint is the doctor. First of all the head woman dr had her young man dr that was training see me, he was very attentive and nice. After he seen me she came in for literally 2 minutes, didn't do anything. I was given an xray and told I'd be called the next day after it was read, was never called, I had to call.
