I've been here for two hours for a drug test they are unprofessional to say the least, worst place ever do not come here it honestly doesn't take this long to do anything

RUN DON'T WALK to a hospital emergency room instead of wasting time going here. Completely incompetent and uneducated. It's scary. Went in on July 21 for a simple issue and was proscribed three medications that were not for the problem I was having. Ended up going to a hospital emergency room for correct diagnosis. Now I know why they don't allow you to post a review on their corporate site. I don't know where they find their doctors or what their qualifications are, but it's can't be people with a legit medical degree.

READ BEFORE YOU GO HERE IF YOU NEED MEDICAL ATTENTION OTHER THAN A COVID TEST. I do really like this place, but 7/4/20 I did not at all. Needed to get an X-ray on my son's ankle so we showed up before 8 and there is already a line outside because they also test for COVID. I pull up to the main door to ask where those who need to see a doc like us go. The young man told me WE HAVE TO STAND IN THE SAME LINE!!! Thank you for your feedback, Denise. During the COVID-19 outbreak, Physicians Immediate Care's screening process is for all patients, not just those coming to us for COVID testing. We want to be sure that no one with respiratory symptoms enters the clinic. Once in the clinic, we require masks and physical distancing to make sure everyone is safe. UPDATE: As an update I reached out to the email provided in the response and NO ONE has gotten back to me. The company does not care. Stay away friends!!!!

I don't live in Chicago and when I got sick (103 degree temp) I went to the urgent care closest to my hotel. They told me a two-hour wait and after 1.5 hours, the wait was now over 3 hours. No triage, no medical system at all. If you make an appointment and are perfectly healthy, you will get in before the people who really need to see a doctor. Lousy, lousy service bordering on negligence. If you are not an urgent care, don't list yourself as one.

I would give it no stars if I could. I took first my daughter and then myself in to see the Dr/PA. They diagnosed me wrong and according to my daughters Pediatrician she was more than likely wrongly diagnosed as well. Will not ever go back to this location again!!

AWFUL PLACE -- staff is beyond rude!! Waited for extended period of time - no one bothered to ask if I was ok -- The front desk staff are awful - no people skills! After waiting nearly 2 hours I walk out to parking lot where a tow truck was about to tow my car!!!! Apparently one of the reception people saw the car parked "TOO LONG" and decided to call towing company -- SERIOUSLY?!?!? 2 hours to get ear drops and a prescription - just a joke!! Don't go here - it's bad!!!!

Garbage facility. Next time I rather go to Emergency Room than this money grabbing office. Front desk was very nice, but assistants are all rude/in a rush and then you are not even seen by a real doctor but instead by a "PA - Physicians Assistant" in a doctors robe. I was misdiagnosed with a bad cold when I instead had bronchitis...I even went back as I wasn't feeling well & still they were in a rush. Never again! Don't waste ur time here. Instead go to Walgreens or ER.

On Saturday July 6th my Stepdad visited Physicians Immediate care for Ear pain. He was treated by 2 people. One who which dug in his ear for at least 45 minutes. He was prescribed antibiotic ear drops and went on his way. As my mother put these drops in his ear he was in excruciating pain.
