After going on a wild goose chase to the Walgreen's in Morton Grove's Minute Clinic only to find out they were closed, we arrived here with about 20 minutes to spare until they closed. All of the staff were tired, you could tell it had been a long day, but everyone, EVERYONE, was courteous, polite, friendly and professional. I was seen in about 5 minutes of sitting down and diagnosed within 10 minutes of being seen. They sent over my prescriptions to Walgreen's and I think I was done within 20 minutes of walking in. This is about the best immediate care clinic I have been to. Dr. Podgorska was great. She explained everything to me, and the other people who work there are also very caring and helpful. I did not have to wait long, had some tests done, and felt better before I even left. I would definitely recommend this one!
My 65 year old mother came in because she was experiencing flu like symptoms. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and prompt. They had my mother at ease and calm. They called her prescription in right away and told her to make sure to follow up with her primary doctor.
The care that I received from Dr. Podgorska and her staff was the absolute best that a patient could ask for! She was genuinely concerned for my well-being and very thorough with her diagnosis. After the treatment I was given and the medications prescribed I went from feeling miserable to feeling human again with tremendous relief and that occurred within three hours after my visit. friendly staff. made sure they got all my medical info before determining what medicine I should take and quick ! I was in and out with in an hour.
I brought my four year old to be seen for a cold. Everyone in the office starting from the receptionist all the way through to the doctor was professional and friendly. The entire staff was kid friendly all making sure they acknowledged my child by waving and smiling. The doctor came into our room without a long wait and completed a thorough check-up.

no doctors - 1 n.p. that floats around all 8 rooms - start to finish = 4 hours! nope - i'm done, done done!!! awful way to conduct a business
