This is about the best immediate care clinic I have been to. Dr. Podgorska was great. She explained everything to me, and the other people who work there are also very caring and helpful. I did not have to wait long, had some tests done, and felt better before I even left. I would definitely recommend this one!
My 65 year old mother came in because she was experiencing flu like symptoms. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and prompt. They had my mother at ease and calm. They called her prescription in right away and told her to make sure to follow up with her primary doctor.
The care that I received from Dr. Podgorska and her staff was the absolute best that a patient could ask for! She was genuinely concerned for my well-being and very thorough with her diagnosis. After the treatment I was given and the medications prescribed I went from feeling miserable to feeling human again with tremendous relief and that occurred within three hours after my visit. friendly staff. made sure they got all my medical info before determining what medicine I should take and quick ! I was in and out with in an hour.
I brought my four year old to be seen for a cold. Everyone in the office starting from the receptionist all the way through to the doctor was professional and friendly. The entire staff was kid friendly all making sure they acknowledged my child by waving and smiling. The doctor came into our room without a long wait and completed a thorough check-up.

The wait times are horrendous. Almost every time they say they lack staff regardless of appointment time. I would literally go anywhere else for urgent care.

I came here when I really needed help. I couldn't breathe and they turned me away. They said it was due to lack of equipment. I had already paid so know I'm out 180 dollars until this refund goes through. I've never experienced such awful personal affect from someone whose sole responsibility is taking my vitals. I work in this field believe me when I say what they are doing is not what we learned in school. Sorry for the way these people represent us. I went to be seen for strep, they were out of the strep test and then they advised I should have additional testing done. They come back and they were out of those tests too. Then the medical assistant said I could be refunded my co pay. I go to the front then they said I can't get a refund. They also had trouble electronically sending over my antibiotics. This place used to be good but how can you be an urgent care center when you don't even have the tests in stock to test patients. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else!!!

Heartless. Careless. Unresponsive. Three days after a visit the three prescriptions and additional meds were showing no improvement. Called and spoke with receptionist asking if I could speak to a doctor or nurse because I now had additional symptoms and felt worse. Was told they would call me back. No call.
