Only because 0 start is not an option. I walked in to be seen for a knee injury, even though I have been there before - they just looked for every excuse in the book as why they couldn't see me. The front desk rep gave the impression of being lazy and unfriendly. While I was there trying to ask why I couldn't be seen with my insurances for over 30 mins, a few other people walked in and they turned them away as well. I went there for testing and they said they will let me know in a few days my results. They called twice within the last few days at 8 AM and told my results needed to be discussed urgently. I called back at 9. No response. I left several voicemails and called several times every day prior...no response. I just got on the phone with a lady who works there and when I told her my issue she had a snarky rude tone and hung up while I was asking a question. I'm here now, waiting to be seen. Get here and Angie, the front desk person is complaining to her co worker about having only one provider. "If there's only one provider tomorrow, I'm walking out!" Ok? After a minute, I said, "Can I check in?" Both her and another girl said, "give us a second." And continue arguing. Really?!!! Long wait time even with an appointment, they get you into The exam room do a quick blood pressure test, temperature check and then they disappear for 45 minutes. The actual lights in the room went out three or four times because of nothing happening in there. The name physicians immediate care center implies that you're going to be seeing a actual doctor however that was not the case I only was able to see a nurse practitioner who in my opinion seemed like she didn't have very much knowledge. This place does not require not even a one star you go and you pay your money is $265 to get a Covid test. 48 hours response. No response it's been three days you call all day long. No one answers the phone go ahead and you try to do the options of one through five or six and then you put is zero to see if you can get an associate to speak with you. Nothing availed so you know what this means of this place go somewhere else.

Don't fire Michelle your front desk staff but this location should seriously consider signing Michelle up for training in sensitivity, kindness, and communication. I came in today, May 1st and she was impolite and impatient. The remaining staff was very nice.

I show up at 9:30 and don't get seen until noon, vomiting and nauseous the whole time. Not fun. The actual medical care I received was good, which is why it gets two stars instead of one. They send me to a pharmacy to pick up a prescription afterwards. When I get there, the pharmacy says they hadn't received the electronic prescription and suggests I call. this is the scummiest immediate care facilities that I've ever been they got me waiting for two hours then they sent me to another clinic 20 minutes away and they tell me they're gonna call the other clinic but they never call even when you call em they barely answer even when they answer they never finish doing what they tell you that they're gonna do they're lazy and unprofessional the worst immediate care clinic that I've ever been take it from me don't go to this clinic You will be majorly disappointed
