I went to be seen for strep, they were out of the strep test and then they advised I should have additional testing done. They come back and they were out of those tests too. Then the medical assistant said I could be refunded my co pay. I go to the front then they said I can't get a refund. They also had trouble electronically sending over my antibiotics. This place used to be good but how can you be an urgent care center when you don't even have the tests in stock to test patients. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else!!!

Heartless. Careless. Unresponsive. Three days after a visit the three prescriptions and additional meds were showing no improvement. Called and spoke with receptionist asking if I could speak to a doctor or nurse because I now had additional symptoms and felt worse. Was told they would call me back. No call. I arrived at 11:30 am and was required to complete a lengthy registration process and pay a $15 fee upon arrival. It's now almost 2 pm, and I still haven't been called in. If I choose to reschedule, I've been told I would need to start the entire registration process from scratch. Very disappointing experience.
This review is so duplicitous because the staff was amazing and the care quality was on point but babyyyyy... So I came here today 11/5/24 with a friend and immediately upon walking in the door I was PUNCHED in the face with the most PUTRID URINE SMELL I have EVER been assaulted with . I took my 12 year old niece to Physician's I.C. on Cumberland when she was having a severe asthma attack. This place was closer to us and my niece was turning blue. When I walked in I was told, "Didn't I read the sign?" Apparently, a sign on the door indicates that they stop accepting patients a half hour before their closing time. I pleaded with them for help but the doctor who never came out of the back room, refused. I drove my niece to Lutheran General ER. She was critical and was admitted to the ICU for over a week. This place is awful! That nasty girl at the front desk is not helpful at all. Totally clueless and you can hear the doctors and nurses laughing and gossiping from the front waiting room. So unprofessional. Supervisor needs to check on them!
I've been to this urgent care location multiple times and have never had such an awful experience. The wait was longer than if I had gone to the hospital. Almost 3 hours waiting and the physician assessment was less than two minutes. She couldn't have left the room any quicker. There was an elderly man that was also waiting with me to be seen and after waiting two hours the poor man he had to leave. I was forced to pay $50 despite my insurance covering 100%. The woman at the desk said that I had to pay it or not be seen. A week later, my EOB from insurance said covered 100%. A week after that, they received their EOB and their check from my insurance company. It is now over 3 months and I still do not have my refund.
