Never again!!!!!!! All these people care about how much money they'll charge you. Employees rude as heck and unprofessional. Save you some time go to Midwest urgent care it's only one block away and better service.... way better service. Trust me.

Not a good experience. They decided they needed to take chest x-rays of me. They took way too many, exposing me to 5 or 6 x-rays instead of just 2. The X-Ray Technician did not seem to know what she was doing. Taking x-rays is not like taking photos. Either she was incompetent, or the X-ray equipment was malfunctioning. After meeting with the Dr., I disagreed with the Dr's diagnosis. She said I had a disease I have never had in my life and that I have no symptoms for. This place is a joke, in every sense of the word! Waited 45 min to finally get called for a simple Covid test. I didn't ask for them to take my vitals. Big scammers with unprofessional and outright rude employees. No more.

First and for most, it's very sad to see people work in health care when they actually don't want to help people at all. The woman working at the front desk, Michelle i believe, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Not only did she have extreme attitude with me, but several other patients that came inside after me. Her and the other girl at the front desk were even making fun of how the patients parked in the lot! called to save a spot for an appointment and when i got there the lady at the desk was so rude. said we don't accept your insurance. didn't ask if i had another and said they couldn't see me. didn't offer any help or other options. just rude and inconsiderate for no reason. the lady over the phone who made my appointment was the only nice and decent person i talked to

Consider another place when getting a covid test at any Physicians Immediate Care - since it's not drive trough, they take you inside for the swab and send you $150 bill for "seeing a provided" - The test itself is free but you do get an "office visit" bill.

I made an appointment for my son to have a COVID test at 11:00am and we got there early. We waited around for over 40 minutes. While waiting I decided to schedule for a test at Free COVID Care on Touhy in Lincolnwood. We drove there and my son got tested. I finally received a call from the Physicians Immediate Care in Norridge at 12:11pm asking if I was still available n the parking lot. I replied that we left and already got tested and I hung up. Received a $120 bill for my FREE Covid-19 vaccine shots from back in April/May. They are closed right now so I can't call and ask yet what the hell this is about but the CDC website says all vaccines are free of charge. They also billed my insurance and my insurance already paid them the money. Physicians care you have some explaining to do.

I needed a COVID test before I could travel so I scheduled an appointment here just to get here and wait another hour to be seen. What the hell is the point of making an appointment if I'm going to need to wait an hour? Don't come here if you're in a time crunch because they're going to screw you.
