called to save a spot for an appointment and when i got there the lady at the desk was so rude. said we don't accept your insurance. didn't ask if i had another and said they couldn't see me. didn't offer any help or other options. just rude and inconsiderate for no reason. the lady over the phone who made my appointment was the only nice and decent person i talked to

Consider another place when getting a covid test at any Physicians Immediate Care - since it's not drive trough, they take you inside for the swab and send you $150 bill for "seeing a provided" - The test itself is free but you do get an "office visit" bill.

I made an appointment for my son to have a COVID test at 11:00am and we got there early. We waited around for over 40 minutes. While waiting I decided to schedule for a test at Free COVID Care on Touhy in Lincolnwood. We drove there and my son got tested. I finally received a call from the Physicians Immediate Care in Norridge at 12:11pm asking if I was still available n the parking lot. I replied that we left and already got tested and I hung up. Received a $120 bill for my FREE Covid-19 vaccine shots from back in April/May. They are closed right now so I can't call and ask yet what the hell this is about but the CDC website says all vaccines are free of charge. They also billed my insurance and my insurance already paid them the money. Physicians care you have some explaining to do.

I needed a COVID test before I could travel so I scheduled an appointment here just to get here and wait another hour to be seen. What the hell is the point of making an appointment if I'm going to need to wait an hour? Don't come here if you're in a time crunch because they're going to screw you.

In October, 2020 I saw a physician assistant named Chris. I had a minor problem that he was unable to diagnose. Chris told me there would be no charge. Three months later a bill arrives for $172.00. They are not honest and do not stand behind their word. I found proper care at another immediate care center. Use caution with this location. Thank you.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Absolutely horrible! Made an appointment for 12 pm and arrived 15 minutes before as asked. I then had to wait 40 mins in my car passed my appointment time before they called me inside. I went specifically to get the COVID rapid test and figured with a scheduled appointment I would be out in no longer than an hour. READ REVIEWS!!! Literally the WORST customer service I've ever encountered. Handling of COVID procedures was so BAD! Check in process was TERRIBLE. As a health care professional myself, they could have better procedures in place with check in process. They literally had about 6 people waiting outside the door and 3 inside the vestibule (great for social distancing) while two ladies sat at the front desk not MOVING. Unreliable, unprofessional, and spineless. Woman at the desk loudly read off my personal information to the intern next to her for the lobby to hear and all the details of the payment I had to make for a physical. A physical I wasn't told I had to wait over an hour for, but had to pay for before I sat down. Ruthless with your time and they act like they have no control over anything that happens, shame on you.
