Don't fire Michelle your front desk staff but this location should seriously consider signing Michelle up for training in sensitivity, kindness, and communication. I came in today, May 1st and she was impolite and impatient. The remaining staff was very nice.

I show up at 9:30 and don't get seen until noon, vomiting and nauseous the whole time. Not fun. The actual medical care I received was good, which is why it gets two stars instead of one. They send me to a pharmacy to pick up a prescription afterwards. When I get there, the pharmacy says they hadn't received the electronic prescription and suggests I call. this is the scummiest immediate care facilities that I've ever been they got me waiting for two hours then they sent me to another clinic 20 minutes away and they tell me they're gonna call the other clinic but they never call even when you call em they barely answer even when they answer they never finish doing what they tell you that they're gonna do they're lazy and unprofessional the worst immediate care clinic that I've ever been take it from me don't go to this clinic You will be majorly disappointed

Need to educate today's youth. My son went to immediate care for back pain. These charlatans of medical services stated they could not help him and reffered him to Illinos Bone and Joint. Then these leeches billed my insurance $185. Called to complain about the way they are cheating everyone and thier answer is everyone else is and lucky you did not go to ER at a hospital. Avoid at all costs

I usually never feel comfortable writing reviews, but I felt it was necessary. I have had to come back here multiple times over the past 2 weeks for immunizations, and each time I came, the receptionists were extremely rude and frankly disrespectful. They honestly made me rethink pursuing a career in health care altogether if that's how patients are treated nowadays. However, the nurses and PA I encountered were very friendly and helpful.

Never again!!!!!!! All these people care about how much money they'll charge you. Employees rude as heck and unprofessional. Save you some time go to Midwest urgent care it's only one block away and better service.... way better service. Trust me.

Not a good experience. They decided they needed to take chest x-rays of me. They took way too many, exposing me to 5 or 6 x-rays instead of just 2. The X-Ray Technician did not seem to know what she was doing. Taking x-rays is not like taking photos. Either she was incompetent, or the X-ray equipment was malfunctioning. After meeting with the Dr., I disagreed with the Dr's diagnosis. She said I had a disease I have never had in my life and that I have no symptoms for. This place is a joke, in every sense of the word! Waited 45 min to finally get called for a simple Covid test. I didn't ask for them to take my vitals. Big scammers with unprofessional and outright rude employees. No more.

First and for most, it's very sad to see people work in health care when they actually don't want to help people at all. The woman working at the front desk, Michelle i believe, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Not only did she have extreme attitude with me, but several other patients that came inside after me. Her and the other girl at the front desk were even making fun of how the patients parked in the lot!
