In October, 2020 I saw a physician assistant named Chris. I had a minor problem that he was unable to diagnose. Chris told me there would be no charge. Three months later a bill arrives for $172.00. They are not honest and do not stand behind their word. I found proper care at another immediate care center. Use caution with this location. Thank you.
This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Absolutely horrible! Made an appointment for 12 pm and arrived 15 minutes before as asked. I then had to wait 40 mins in my car passed my appointment time before they called me inside. I went specifically to get the COVID rapid test and figured with a scheduled appointment I would be out in no longer than an hour. READ REVIEWS!!! Literally the WORST customer service I've ever encountered. Handling of COVID procedures was so BAD! Check in process was TERRIBLE. As a health care professional myself, they could have better procedures in place with check in process. They literally had about 6 people waiting outside the door and 3 inside the vestibule (great for social distancing) while two ladies sat at the front desk not MOVING. My father is in rehab at Shirly Ryan Ability Lab (affiliated with Northwestern). My son helps care for my father at home. Shirley Ryan asked my son to come in for training before my father goes home. My son was recently at a wedding and it was decided for the health and safety of everyone involved he get a Covid test before training. RUN DON'T WALK to a hospital emergency room instead of wasting time going here. Completely incompetent and uneducated. It's scary. Went in on July 21 for a simple issue and was proscribed three medications that were not for the problem I was having. Ended up going to a hospital emergency room for correct diagnosis. Now I know why they don't allow you to post a review on their corporate site. I don't know where they find their doctors or what their qualifications are, but it's can't be people with a legit medical degree.

READ BEFORE YOU GO HERE IF YOU NEED MEDICAL ATTENTION OTHER THAN A COVID TEST. I do really like this place, but 7/4/20 I did not at all. Needed to get an X-ray on my son's ankle so we showed up before 8 and there is already a line outside because they also test for COVID. I pull up to the main door to ask where those who need to see a doc like us go. The young man told me WE HAVE TO STAND IN THE SAME LINE!!! We want to be sure that no one with respiratory symptoms enters the clinic. Once in the clinic, we require masks and physical distancing to make sure everyone is safe. I don't live in Chicago and when I got sick (103 degree temp) I went to the urgent care closest to my hotel. They told me a two-hour wait and after 1.5 hours, the wait was now over 3 hours. No triage, no medical system at all. If you make an appointment and are perfectly healthy, you will get in before the people who really need to see a doctor. Lousy, lousy service bordering on negligence. If you are not an urgent care, don't list yourself as one.
