Terrible company, only cares about bookings and closing sales. We have a system on our house that was never commissioned and doesn't work, and no one cares.

Don't waste your money, Everything in the sales pitch was a total lie. And when I called the response was "Did you get it in writing". My electric bill has gone up since the install so my bill to the electric company not only is higher but I am paying for the panels on top of it.
we are still working this company, they came put up all the solar stuff and then disappeared totally ghosted! they will no longer return phone calls emails nothing. what happened was they didn't follow their own plans, so our little village won't turn on the solar panels, it's been months they are still taking payments which they are supposed to be paying us back until it's turned on, they will not follow through.. we also were told we'd get 2,000 cash check back. nothing, but we are still working with them. i iwll give more... read more
Our initial install was great and done in about 30 days from signing. The team was well prepared and actually gave me some choices on the install. The first offer was to put the master shutoff on the back of the house along with the rest of the equipment. I liked that so they went ahead and completed it. However, when the inspector finally came out several weeks later, he refused to sign off, stating the shutoff HAD to be on the front! That was just the beginning of our delays! I have had this system installed since July, It is now almost February and I've had zero savings on my electric bill. I've submitted my electric bills to the company for review and it's been two weeks and a couple e-mails asking for an update and still no response. I can't afford this system without some savings to offset it. I posted a negative review on facebook and got a generic response that someone would reach out to me which never happened.
I don't understand, but my experience with this company has been nothing but regrettable. I was told that that my utility bill would be lowered? Not so I'm paying more now! then before. I have the solar panels on my house? But there not operational. Now this was five months ago!!! And I'm still waiting? Now I don't know about anybody else experience but mine is as it is. I don't know what my future holds with these people an this company? But I've made a mistake an now I'm truly paying for it!!!!
Install crew was excellent. Has been 4 weeks and still doesn't work. Customer service is horrible. You have been warned. Stay away from this company.

Handed me a box of LED bulbs and a water heater blanket. For 71k I expected them to go around and put lights in.... Had solar installed end of October and still waiting for reinspect 12/03 (solar panels have not been activated). Insulation they sprayed in looks like a kid did it.
