ABSOLUTE JOKE!!! They got me for almost $80,000 for a system that doesn't do half of what they said it would do. They also financed the system when we specifically stated we were paying cash. So we got screwed out of more money than we needed to thanks to a dealer fee that we were NEVER told about...
1.NONE of the Solar Panels installed by Pink Energy/Power Home Solar HAVE EVER WORKED. It's what is called a tree light system, where is one is bad, everything goes down. They have refused on several occasions to repair them.2.The Generac Inverter has the capacity to only invert enough for ONE APPLIANCE. I was told it could run the entire house!3. Pink energy is in breach of contract. They have not provided the system efficiency that was promised and are refusing to make service calls they are obliged to make. They offer no resolution, aid in resolution, no reimbursement, and no timeline for response.
Powerhome/Pinkenergy! I would stay away from this company. I had my system installed February 2020 but was not up and running until June 2020. I quickly learned that information given to me when I signed up was sketchy. I've been paying an electric bill since day one and was promised that I would see a significant decrease or zero bills. we have had our system for almost a year. Since the installation date, we have had one problem after another. It is currently producing 1/2 of the system capability due to fault on pv link. We are being told they are not sure when they can repair the equipment. Current service date has been postponed twice with a current wait of 2 months as of now. Stay away!!! They do not do what they say they will do and contacting someone is almost unheard of. I would love for them to take this c*** system back that we have paid for for 4 years and call it even. We were told that the system would be removed and reinstalled if ever we needed to replace our roof...,that was lie and we had to fight to get them to honor it...they finally did. Contract was signed 12/02/2020 to date, we may have had 2 full months of working panels. Generac is not to blame for calls not returned Pink Energy. Generac is not to blame for the blatant lies from the sales agent. Generac is not to blame for the faulty wiring and roof damage. I am so disappointed in the company I purchased my solar panels and ********************************* that if I didn't pay so much of my solar panel loan off that my payments were going to go up to $320 and there's these little things that keep on going out that is part of generac and trying to get a hold of customer service is a headache they always want to try to transfer you to someone else and troubleshoot the issue when you work and you only have an hour lunch it's hard to try to get a hold of anybody and it takes him a... read more

First off shame on the BBB for reinstating this so called company's A+ rating. Pinkenergy has gouged me for 90k on a single battery 6kw system that has not worked since day one. They use their own lending company who will then turn around and tell you they only pay for panel equipment not installation and service so you are at their mercy. Funny how pinkenergy can just walk away from there responsibilities to maintain the product but all these people who have been victimized are under financial duress with no way out. I cannot get these other Generac dealer/installation companies to work on the product pinkenergy put in because those companies do not want the obvious liability of pinkenergy's lousy service
