I have never heard a good physician berate an employee (nurse) while stitching up a patient...bad behavior. I have been a working nurse for over 30 years.
I felt as if we were rushed through our appointment. As I tried to explain the situation, I was interrupted talked over by the provider multiple times. I felt like she did not care to listen to what I had to say because sher main focus was to get out of the appointment & head to lunch. Felt like it was a waste of my time I literally was in and out of the office within 20 minutes. I left with no definite care plan, and was told a nurse would call me.
The issue I saw a doctor for has allegedly not gotten worse, but it's not improved either.
I came in to get some Moles and a Skin tag removed that were bothering me. When the Dr ( Michael Regan ) looked at them, he told me that they were ok and wouldn't remove them. Instead he saw a tiny spot on my chest to remove. I asked him again about the other mole and skintag and he said if I wanted them removed I would " have to pay cash ". After hearing that I just left. Ridiculous that I have something that is bothering me that he can remove, but won't unless I " pay cash ".

Went in for a check on recent radiotherapy. I was then treated on 3 more questionable basil cell spots.
One of the front office staff was rude and disrespectful. I did not appreciate her comments.

Specifically asked for a physician, but ended up with a PA. PA was very hurried. Seemed unsure what side effects the biologic that was recommended after being in the room for less than a minute might cause. Did not seem interested in working up the related condition. There were two issues needing addressed and she was gone after the first one and I had call her back. As a healthcare provider myself I found this visit disturbing and felt more like a customer in a mcdonalds drive through.
