This was the WORST visit I have ever had in my 10+ years going here. The new office staff was rude and Kelly Rankin cut my appointment short because she "had to get her kids picked up." How is that my problem? I will only go back because Teryn Honneycutt is amazing!

I have NEVER had a worse experience with billing in my life , they overcharged $30 and it’s been a year trying to resolve it , Dr.Sickels was great, but because of there billing my family would never go back !!! Steve

They canceled my visit after I confirmed my appointment. Had a lot of problems changing my schedule to meet their schedule. I even called in the morning of the visit. Person at the desk said their scheduling system has problems.

Explained symptom to me, and I felt belittled, as doc was explaining.. I still don't understand what has caused this hematoma.. my breast has been sore and hurting for 4 months. Unable to get a mammogram due to the soreness. I was compared to another patient.. Who had worst issues. I actually was discouraged. Doc was different in demeanor since my last visit.

Didn't quite understand what's going on with what was a cyst and now a hematoma. I felt belittled.. And I do not like to be compared to other patients with the same situation as I.

1hr after appt. Time got to see Dr. Switchboard is a mess can not talk to anyone. Not the old spectrum which was great. Dr. Thousani was suburb as allways best surgeon I ever had.

I visited the clinic for a skin rash and was prescribed a foam. Until this all went well. But the medicine prescribed was not covered in my insurance. So I called the clinic to find out if there is any alternative which they can prescribe. Every time I call, it goes to voicemail for last one month. And worst part is no one has returned the call until now. Even my pharmacy tried to reach the clinic and they haven't heard back until now.
