Oil change and cross bar installation Great service...very friendly, easy, fast and accommodating. Did a great job on oil change and even cleaned my car. Had an uber pick me up and bring me back when service was completed.

Good deal, helpful staff Salesperson and manager worked hard to put the deal together under some very favorable terms. Quick response to my emails, and sent a quote out pronto. Helped me find extra incentive from Sam's Club since I was a member, even though I was dealing directly w/dealer, not buying thru Sam's club. Took a little longer than I was told to finish up paperwk. . Finance guy didn't believe me when I told him I had no interest in buying a warranty. A breath of fresh air My wife and I came into pinnacle Nissan looking for a new vehicle. We were greeted right away by multiple smiling faces. 2018 Nissian Senta I have dealt with Renee Houlihan before and went to see her at her new place of employment she was amazing as always excellent customer service but I was very annoyed with Brett who took complete over my sale he didn’t listen to my requests and tried to rush me into a payment I couldn’t afford I wanted to deal with Renee but he took over was not pleased with his interaction because of my loyalty to Renee and I did want the car I rake Brett 1 for interfering in the sale
