Overall Great Experience Brett Tschannen was amazing. He was open, honest, used great customer service skills and spent a great amount of time ensuring my kids, husband and I had a great customer experience while searching for a new vehicle that fit our needs. Excellent Experience ; Very Professional My experience from booking the app't. 'til I got our Murano back after the Lube , oil & Filter ( Service ) was handled extremely well & our Murano looked like a new Vehicle after the service . We had recently ( Jan. 2018 ) traveled to Scottsdale from Ontario , Canada so our SUV was showing the effects of our 3650 km. trip thru' Winter Conditions . I could not believe that Pinnacle Nissan did the Service plus a Pristine Car Wash for $51.00 .

Art B I came to the dealership ams was shocked that my time wad taken into consideration and i was treated lime a wueen. Art explained all of my paperwork and got me a fair rate I could have been happier I would highly recommend Pinnacle Nissan
