We came to Pinnacle Nissan to purchase a new vehicle. This is was our third purchase from this dealership. Every time we came there was a new Sales Consultant but everyone was nice. Nissan as a company has a great ability to select great people. This time when we met Steven, we thought he is too young to be a Sales Consultant. When I think of car dealers, I usually have two thoughts; one of excitement followed by inmediate fear and dread. My experience at Pinnacle Nissan has been an unexpected surprise, fear and dread has been taken out of the equation. I would definitely recommend this dealership if you are looking to purchase or lease a new car. I went into Pinnacle Nissan looking to buy my first car. Alex took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for and making sure it was something I could afford. He was personable, helpful and informative. The rest of the staff was very friendly and professional. You can tell they really care about their costumers.

I was looking for used car last January and Alex was the sales person that was helping me. Young, smart and very friendly. Vincent Helms was my salesman, he was terrific, I have not the best credit and somehow he and Jason were able to get me approved. I got the vehicle I wanted at a wonderful price. Vince was very respectful even though knowing my current credit situation, he didnt make me feeI like a dirt bag like a few other places i visited i will be telling my whole office about these 2 guys.
