John Hartley was very courteous and professional. We had negotiated prior to my arrival at the dealership. Upon arrival, John met us at the door, had the car fully prepared and ready to view and made the whole process of buying a car easy and fun. Buying a car is normally an activity I dread but John made a huge difference and I would definitely recommend Pinnacle Nissan and John Hartley to my friends and family.

Best experience I had at a dealership! This is my first time purchasing a car at a lot and I was kind of hesitant after going to 4 different lots and having a bad experience, till I ran across Jeff Tellman at Pinnacle Nissan he was awesome friendly and professional. I recently purchaseda car from this dealership, and it was a great experience. The sales people were more than accommodating and helped guide me in the right direction. I ended up working with Ross, and he was great. Informative but not pushy. He was the kind of person you want to work with. The dealership and people I worked with were awesome! Very friendly, explained how everything worked with leasing and eventual buyout. They gave me a great amount for my trade in, more than I expected! They were able to get my monthly payments to where I could afford them with having the new car that I wanted. I went to Pinnacle Nissan to look for a Nissan Altima, not only did they have great availability but Vincent really went out of his way to make my experience without a doubt the best I have ever had purchasing a car. The atomosphere was very friendly and calm and I was not in a rush to make a purchase right than and there. I happened to end up purchasing the Altima and love it very much, I really recommend this dealership.

This is the second vehicle in 18 months that we purchased from this dealership and the experience was pleasant, they made us "the deal" and we're very happy with both of our purchases. Also, they always make things "Right"!!
