Anna was extremely personable, helpful and very well informed. She referred me to Vincent who took the time to understand my needs, and continually ensured that they were met. I would refer friends to Anna and Vincent if they were in the market for a new vehicle.

Walked on to the lot and was kindly greeted by the first Mike. He was very friendly and asked me exactly what I was there to do. Ended up buying a car and Mike recommended taking the car to the service department for all oil changes and other maintenance. I took my car in for service and the second Mike greeted me and took care of my car. I ended up spending less than what Mineke wanted for a standard oil change. I would recommend going to see either of these guys when buying a car or getting your car serviced!

Took my LEAF in for 6 month service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Good experience. However, the next day the low-tire-presure light on my dash lighted up. I drove my car into Costco and got the tires filled. Turns out the tires were inflated to 3-4 lbs. below the recommendation from Nissan. So, if I can't trust them to inflate the tires correctly, what can I trust???

I've dealt with a ton of dealerships in the past five years but I can say that Pinnacle gave me the best personal attention to me and my family that I can remember. Vincent was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and had a great sales approach (giving me information as I wanted it instead of overselling). In finance Tommy gave me multiple options and let me decide what I felt best fit my budget. Customer service is everything to me and these guys really delivered!

Excellent service by service advisor. Very good email notification on appointments.Service identifies other items that will needfuture attention or immediate attention, but without any pressure to sell something. As a former Vice President of Parts and Service for an importer I can appreciate excellenty service by professional employees of the dealership.

After a very poor experience at another national dealership I located the same make/model vehicle (06 Armada SE) at Pinnacle Nissan. I used their site to inquire about the vehicle and literally w/in 5 mins I had a call from the Fleet Mgr John Golet.
