Been using Pathlight for 3 months. Our downstairs air went out on first month, upstairs air went out third month. Our downstairs bathroom had no hot water at move in. Our roof had a leak during a big storm. Yes issues will come up (that is inevitable) but every issue was handled immediately. They sent AC repair out on Sunday even. I am not a fan of ConService handling my water as I can not see what the actual bill states and my bill seems a bit high compared to other houses we have had but it's their policy and that's just t... read more

I have been having lots of issues with scheduling maintenance calls as it always takes a very long response time. Since i had an emergency issue on my hands I called this time around and spoke to Tiffany Argee on the midwest team who was phenomenal. The service she provided is what is missed in my opinion nowadays. Pathlight maintains an active link of communication with their tenants. Any problems that arose while renting the home from Pathlight were addressed in a timely manner. My family and I appreciate Pathlight's wonderful customer service and maintenance staff. Thank You!

I have only been with Pathlight for about two months and I can say with confidence that they are some of the most professional and compassionate group of people. Gary ********* and the midwest team have gone above and beyond to make sure that our move went smooth. I demanded a lot from them and they delivered every time. It's been a great experience working with them!!

We were very skeptical after reading the reviews. However, we can not say enough good things about Tiffany at Pathlight. She's made this entire process so far easy and stress free. She is an absolute blessing during this process. We are excited because if she is any indication of Pathlight and the type of company they are, we definitely made the correct decision.
