10 days later my pills still haven’t arrived. Won’t chance my health with them again

Initial discussion was great. Follow-up communication via text was totally out of sync with what was discussed on the phone. Pricing was also surprisingly higher compared to existing pharmacy.

You did not setup my account properly, did not get all my prescriptions properly and you keep sending me messages about drugs that I asked you to hold. Listen more to the customers requirements!!!

I have found this experience very time consuming. This is not a service I will be using ever again. Once my existing prescription runs out I will be done. I could have gone to several pharmacies for my prescription and still spent less time than I spent using this system

Excessive waste of Plastic. Paper could be an alternative in packing meds.

Hello. Your service was extremely fast. Very impressive. Thank you! BUT. You sent me medications that will expire in less than 2 years (except doxy: Sept 2026). - azithro and amox: June 2023 - cipro: July 2023 - metronidazole: Oct 2023. This is unacceptable in terms of preparedness and the total price invested. On the website, it's written that meds will have expiration dates within 2-3 years of the date of manufacture. I like your service but there a few things that make me not give you a 5/5 review: 1. I get texts for the same thing from 2 different numbers asking me the same question. I answer and then I get asked again either by the other text # or within the same text 30 minutes later. Whoever responds from Pocketpills doesn’t look to read what was already answered. I have examples I can send. 2. Your staff are sending my doctors (2 so far) a request to refill before I even see the doctor for a refill. This means you are putting pre... read more
