The prescription took too long to arrive. I would be more convenient for us to pick up the medication in a drug store

Great conversation on how to process my prescription over the mobile app. Very good customer service, I was not expecting the call and gift certificate. We will use PocketPills again.

You can improve by sending me ALL of my medications. You are still refusing to send me the Percocet that I have to to take, only as needed, for excruciating abdominal pain. I endure intestinal blockages due to 18 surgeries I have had over the course of my life for of Crohn's disease. These abdominal obstructions come and go at unpredictable times - every week to every four months - and the only thing that helps dull the pain is Percocet. So my doctor has prescribed 60 pills, to be used over a two-month period. She has put re... read more

The service was good, but for the simple prescription I could have gone to the local drug store. It took over four days to get my prescription verified and delivered.

I got a call after the last unfavourable review of Pocket Pill services and I was given their heart felt apology concerning their late delay in delivering my medication. I was assured that they are in fact working towards a delivery solution that would prevent my initial unpleasant experience with them from happening in the future to anyone. I really hope they do a proper review of their system, such that patients can receive their medications within 2 to 3 hrs especially in emergency situations. Thanks

Poor and delayed delivery service. Waited for 18hrs for my medication and I was in severe pains all the time.

Today, I was contacted by the Head Representative and was happy that going forward the problems I've had is now dealt with. To be honest, I answered the call a little skeptical and by the end I was surprised on how professional they took my feedback. They took the time and and listed the problems I said in the last review and assured me there are not going to have these problems with anyone else in the future. Needless to say that my opinions of them after that phone call is a comple 180* :)
