You used FedEx when FedEx does not have the keys for the apartment/mailbox. I then was told that I would get a Tracking number for the shipment, that I did not get. So FedEx constantly called me for about a week for two that I have a shipment ready for pickup, that I can't pick up. I contacted the Essentials Canada to get the tracking number and basically blamed them for the failed shipment and angrily canceled my prescription, only to learn DAYS LATER that after you guys failed to give me the tracking number and called me ... read more

There was a lot of mistakes made when setting up as a new customer with this company. Everyone was friendly and very helpful to get any problems fixed. The company has amazing team to contact and follows through in a timely manner. The service as a pharmacy is 100% better then walking into a pharmacy. I would recommend pocket pills as a company to deal with especially anyone on the go and don’t have the time to walk into a pharmacy.

Really not sure Kinda lost trust in the company and I just joined. First medication ordered I was out and waiting it came last minute before I was scheduled to take(not impressed at all). Some say one time most would say dumb and reckless. Company was told several times it was WSIB, but still wouldn’t listen and put it though my other insurance. It’s been “looked after for next time” will see how that works out.

Got a 100 mg. Of viagara and it doesn't work. But meanwell 50 mg. Of viagara actually does it. Beware.

After calling about my first order and why it was not put through my Benefit Plan they look through it and found it was not they resubmit it and credit my credit card they also sent me a gift card for my troubles Thank you

First off it was just a renewal. I then was asked if I would like to try another product. No mention of Price. Kinda a throw in if you will as what I was thinking. I then spoke to a lovely lady about the whole new product I was going to receive and I actually said I didn’t want it. Still nothing about price. She said just to try it. I then received my new product and the bill. Wow. I got charged for it and I won’t even use it. Not happy at all. I’ll cancel next time I guess.
