WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS THIS COMPANY A FRAUD. THEY INVADED MY PRIVACY..STOLE MY CREDENTIALS AND THEN CALLED ME TO SAY MY SCRIPTS ARE READY. I NEVER ASKED THEM FOR MY SCRIPTS BUT ANSWERED A UNSOLICITED TEXT SADLY WONDERING WHAT THEIR PRICE WAS FOR VIAGRA. THEY ASKED WHERE DO I USUALLY BUT IT I TOLD THEM AND THEY HAD ALL MY MEDICINAL SCRIPTS TRANSFERRED FROM MY PHARMACY WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION BY ME AND NEVER EVEN ANSWERED MY QUESTION...STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE

The experience has been less than good. We have to fax in our Rx (or mail it in) which is less convenient than going to an actual pharmacy. We have 4 people in our home that require at least 1 Rx. We have spent a lot of time on the phone with agents and pharmacists... Again this system is less than ideal than going to an actual pharmacy. If my work didn't strongly encourage us to move to pocketpills (ie. reducing original insurance coverage unless we switched) we would never have changed over.

I will never use a traditional pharmacy again. My old pharmacy would not answer their phones, have long lines, require me to come in person, and treat me like they were doing me a favour. Took a chance and tried PocketPills, have not returned back since. They communicate (quickly) over text, can speak with a telehealth doctor in 24 hours if you need a prescription change, and the pharmacists are SO friendly. My pills came in separate bottles I switched to pocket pills so I wouldn’t have to sort them

Delivery was left late and ended up in the neighbors without a notice (via email/text). I will have to cancel the multi-vitamin subscription. Got tummy aches and doctor has advised to put a stop.

Before this service, I renewed this prescription three times in Canada and I was charged a very modest copay. Now I mysteriously had to pay full price with basically no explanation given as to why I have to pay full price now or why I didn't have to before this service was forced on me.
